Policies

Amazing Care is designed to provide walk-in medical care only. We do not manage chronic and complicated medical conditions that require continuous monitoring and treatment. We will be glad to see you if you can’t see your provider and need treatment for a chronic condition. We will then recommend to follow-up with your provider.

Conditions NOT treated at Amazing Care, LLC:

• Cardiac or stroke symptoms – chest pain, severe shortness of breath, sweats, dizziness, blurred vision, weakness of extremities, poor balance, etc
• Clients involved in motor vehicle accidents
• Fractured bones
• Pregnancy and any related complications – we can confirm or rule out pregnancy with testing
• Behavioral Modification Treatment – ADHD, ADD, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, Bi-polar, etc
• Refill pain medication or other controlled substances

Amazing Care, LLC is a family friendly environment and reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients who are aggressive or offensive to any staff or other clients.

Clients will be treated in order of their arrival to the clinic with the exception of when one’s condition requires urgent or emergent attention. We refer clients to the emergency room of their choice or their primary care doctor when their medical condition requires care that is greater than our clinic is equipped or designed to manage.

Payment is expected at the time of service. Self-pay clients will receive a discount, and payment in full is required the day of service. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most credit cards. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $35 service charge.

All Medicaid plans are accepted. Community Health Solutions does require a referral to be seen at our office. Please contact your PCP and request a referral before your visit. All other Medicaid plans do not require a referral.

We are in-network with most major insurances. We have a billing department that will file your claim for you. If we are not in-network with your insurance, this does not mean that we do not accept your insurance. It means that you will pay a larger percentage of your bill than if you chose a provider that was in-network.

Amazing Care, LLC is a walk-in clinic and does not have anyone on-call. Please seek emergency treatment at the emergency facility nearest you if you experience symptoms that you feel need immediate attention when the office is closed.
